Privacy policy

This policy explains what information Jetlaunch Web Services (a trade name of JETLAUNCH LLC, an Arizona limited liability company) collects when you use jetlaunchwebservices.com or work with us, and what we do with it. We have tried to keep it short and plain.

What we collect

• Information you give us. When you fill out a form, email us, or become a client, we receive what you send: typically your name, business name, email address, city, phone number if you include it, and the details of your request.
• Client account details. If you hire us, we also hold the information needed to do the work: your domain and hosting details, access to your Google Business Profile as a manager, your business hours, photos, and content, and billing details handled by our payment processor.
• Basic website analytics. We may use privacy-respecting analytics to see page views and referring sites in aggregate. We do not use advertising trackers or sell browsing data.

How we use it

• To reply to your questions by email.
• To set up the services you ordered, using what you give us on the intake form, including photos and a logo.
• To deliver the free online presence check if you requested one.
• To perform the services you hired us for, bill you, and send you monthly reports.
• To send occasional marketing emails about our services if you have given us your business email. Every marketing email includes a working unsubscribe link, and we honor opt-out requests within 10 business days, as the CAN-SPAM Act requires. Service emails about your account, such as invoices and monthly reports, are not marketing and continue while you are a client.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers we need to run the business, each limited to its job:

• Form handling and email delivery providers, to receive your messages and send ours.
• Hosting providers, to serve this site and client sites.
• A payment processor, to bill clients. We do not store full card numbers.
• Google, when we manage your Google Business Profile on your behalf under your account.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Your Google Business Profile

Your profile belongs to you and lives in your Google account. We act as a manager you have invited. You can remove our access at any time from your Google Business Profile settings, and we remove ourselves when our work together ends.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry emails and form submissions for up to two years so we can follow up and answer questions. Client records are kept for the length of the engagement and for seven years afterward for tax and accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete your inquiry information sooner.

Cookies

This site works without cookies. If analytics are enabled, they use either no cookies or a single first-party cookie that does not identify you personally. We do not run third-party advertising cookies.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from marketing email with the link in any message, or by emailing us.
• Ask us what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, by emailing hello@jetlaunchwebservices.com. We respond within 30 days.

Children

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy, we update the date at the top. Material changes to how we use client information are also announced by email to current clients.
