Terms of service

These terms cover your use of jetlaunchwebservices.com and the services sold on it by Jetlaunch Web Services, a trade name of JETLAUNCH LLC, an Arizona limited liability company ("we" or "us"). When you hire us, these terms plus the written order confirmation we email you make up the agreement. If the confirmation says something different from this page, the confirmation wins.

Services and pricing

• Our services and prices are listed on the pricing page. Before any work starts we confirm the services and the exact fees in writing by email.
• We do not charge fees that were not disclosed in writing. If additional work comes up, we quote it first and you decide whether to proceed.
• The one-time Launch Site fee ($799) is paid online when you order, before work begins. Monthly fees (Site Care $29, Google Business Profile Setup and Management $59, Local Presence Bundle $79) are billed on the first of each month. There is no setup fee.
• After you order, you complete a short online intake form. We send a preview link within 3 business days and include two rounds of changes by email. If we receive no reply for 5 days after sending a preview, we publish the site as previewed.
• We work by email only. We do not provide phone or video appointments as part of any service.

Monthly plans and cancellation

• Monthly plans run month to month. There are no long-term contracts.
• You can cancel any monthly plan by emailing us. The plan ends 30 days after we receive your notice, and you are billed through that date. There is no cancellation fee.
• We can also end a plan with 30 days notice, and will refund any prepaid amount for the period after the end date.
• If you cancel Site Care, we provide a copy of your site files and help move the site to a host you choose. Hosting ends on the cancellation date.

What you own

• Your website. Once the site fee is paid, the site design, copy, and files we produced for you are yours. Your domain name is registered in your name and is always yours.
• Your Google Business Profile. Your profile is created in or transferred to your own Google account and is owned by you. We work as a manager you invite, and you can remove us at any time. We never hold a profile as its owner.
• Your content. Photos, logos, and text you give us remain yours. You confirm you have the right to use them and give us permission to use them for your project.
• We may use tools, templates, and code we developed before or outside your project. You get a license to use them as part of your site, but they stay ours so we can use them for other clients.

What we do not promise

• We do not promise any ranking, position, or amount of traffic, customer contacts, or revenue. Search results are controlled by Google and change constantly. What we promise is the work described in your order confirmation, done carefully and reported to you each month.
• Google can suspend, change, or remove Business Profiles under its own rules. We follow Google's guidelines, help resolve issues when they arise, and do not control Google's decisions.

Your part

• Give us accurate business information on the intake form and respond to preview and review-response emails within a reasonable time so projects do not stall. Where the form leaves gaps, you authorize us to fill them from your public Google listing and state business filing.
• Accept the Google Business Profile manager invitation we send by email so we can do the profile work.
• Keep your Google account and domain registration in good standing. We can help, but they are in your name.
• Use the site and profile lawfully and honestly. We will not publish content that is false, infringing, or against Google's policies.

How we work

We produce our work with AI tools and review it with our own team before it is published or sent to you. You review and approve the site before launch and approve review responses before they are posted.

Liability

We are responsible for doing the work in your order confirmation properly. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, or for problems caused by third parties such as hosting outages, Google policy changes, or domain registrars. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Website use

The content of jetlaunchwebservices.com is ours and is for your information. You may not copy it for commercial use without permission. We do our best to keep it accurate but do not guarantee it is error-free.

Email

If you give us your business email, we may send you occasional marketing messages about our services. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and we honor opt-outs within 10 business days as the CAN-SPAM Act requires. Service messages about an active account continue while you are a client.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. If we have a disagreement, we will try to resolve it by email first.

Changes

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. Changes to an active engagement are communicated to clients by email before they take effect.
